As part of our C.A.P.S. program, we offer the following services to our customers:
- On-line ordering capabilities for quick order turnaround that fits your schedule (Customer Log On). Our customer service phone hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. You can call us toll free at 1-800-326-1249.
- Item stock support in both our Hillsboro, Oregon and Atlanta, Georgia warehouses.
- Product samples so that you can be sure that our products work in your specific application. Contact james@dynic.com to request your samples now.
- Training on our products, how to sell them, and the markets and applications in which they are used.
- Technical support and testing services.
- Value-added activities such as packaging our thermal transfer ribbons using your trade name, part number, and description. We can also provide custom widths, lengths, and leader colors.
- Shipping capabilities so we can send the product anywhere in the world to you, whether it is drop shipped or even double-blind drop shipped.
- Marketing support that provides product applications and specifications, end user leads, partner marketing, or joint promotion efforts as well as artwork or graphics for your custom brochures, web sites, and other promotional efforts.
