Reports To:  Int. Sales & Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Customer Service Rep. is the primary support contact for providing customer service for domestic and international customers in a manufacturing facility.  This position is responsible for effective handling of requests and inquires from customers and sales force pertaining to entering customer orders, answering product questions, providing status of open orders, projecting estimated shipping information, claims stock availability, and shipping specifications to insure customer satisfaction. 


  • Provide timely communications and follow-up with customers regarding order status, availability, pricing, shipment information, credit issues, returns and other needs of customers. 
  • Facilitate the sales process by entering orders from phone, email, or fax.  Responsible for ensuring accurate daily shipment processing, product scheduling, and shipment confirmations.
  • Responsible for investigating and responding to customer requests concerning stock availability, order expediting, pricing, special items, special packaging, and shipping criteria.
  • Insure purchase order records are maintained for accurate record retention and audits. 

High school diploma or GED required.  1-2 years of Customer Service experience required.  Must have order entry experience. 


  • Must have excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
  • Key skills must include:  Accuracy, the ability to multi-task, detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.  Must be proficient in spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and a positive "can do" attitude are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and think on your feet to provide the best service to our customers.
  • Bilingual preferred.
